After you fill out the booking form, you will receive a confirmation email. Following this, your reservation will be confirmed by us by email. Only this email makes your booking final.

If you want to book less then 12 hours before a tour starts, a phone call is the fastest way to receive confirmation of availability for the tour the next day. We pick up our phone between 8 am and 9.30 pm.
