After you fill out the booking form, you will receive a confirmation email. Once you have received this confirmation from us, your reservation is final.

If you want to book less then 12 hours before a tour starts, a phone call is the fastest way to receive confirmation of availability for the tour the next day. We pick up our phone between 8 am and 9.30 pm.
